What Does It Cost?
We offer a straightforward, low-commission structure:
- Homes under $400,000: $7,950, including $3,500 for the buyer’s agent.
- Homes $400,000 - $900,000: $9,950, including $4,500 for the buyer’s agent.
- Homes over $900,000: 1% of the sale price + $950, including 0.5% for the buyer’s agent.
And, like other agents, you pay nothing upfront. The commission is only due when your home sale closes.
